Yaani Om Prakash Agarwal.
My basic quiery is that IPC remain unchanged where as the other will change from state to state. Means the states will make legislation procedures for a particular IPC. Is it so???
Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 29, Dec 2004 7:48:35 PM IST Who formulates Cr.P.C and CPC ???
..
Behind each and every section there is history. Buecause...we added few sections to them. Most of them were given by the British. But our parliament and state legislatures could add some sections to them...with out affecting the basic structure of the constitution and fundamental rights. There must be a debate at national level. Then only it's possible to allow the mercy killing or euthanesia.

how can we legalise the mercy killing?

Posted by: Mr. Nagesh Babu Adari At: 23, Dec 2004 11:07:37 AM IST Hellow Kiranji,
Are IPC / Cr.PC / CPC are not being governed by our Constitution?
..
IN India all legal matters are not constitutional matters. But all the constitutional matters are legal matters.
C.P.C and Cr.P.C are part of IPC. All these are just legal matters...for public and private offences. These will not come under constitutional questions. Art.17 abolished Untouchability. Hence, if anybody follows or advocates or promotes it, shall be punishable by single complaint and government of India and the States come to rescue. But relating to C.P.C and Cr.P.C..the governments are not obliged to come to the rescue. In fact, they may deny basing on the circumstances.

What are the IPC and Code of Criminal Procedure part of VeVa boi?
And while we are it, tell me where we are at as far as dowry goes?
If something is prohibited, what does it "literally" mean? And what does it " philosophically " mean? And what does it " judicially " mean?

Posted by: Mr. Nagesh Babu Adari At: 22, Dec 2004 10:14:29 PM IST IPC Sections 323, 324, 325, 326,406,304B,482 and 498.
Dowry and related violence is prohibited under these sections of Cr.P.C, not by the constitution.
...No. These are the Sections related to violence and dowry related violence. Dowry is not banned constitutionally as other member says.
