| Fourteen satellites failed to sniff the danger. Where as American & French satellites sensed the danger but they also failed to alert.
Machine will never do mistakes. Somewhere some signal could be there for abnormality. That particular abnormal parameter either not analyzed or bypassed.
Satellites do give information and the analysis & interpretation part lies with us.
Infuture our satellites should be capable to sense such dangers.

it's a HUGE disaster.. my heart goes to those people who lost their loved ones and their homes :-(
