| At last Mr. Manmohan Singh & his team is ready to deal / control / manage disasters in a scientific manner. This decision will definetly bring some awreness for the people in case of any accidental disasters / natural calamities.
This center should be autonomus and help the govt, authorities and the staff from their additional responsibilities shared by them during emergencies. It has become a fashion trade critcizing the Govt, authorities for no reason for which they are not responsible. Infact their lives are at risk while dealing the people during certain emergencies like storms, quakes, explosions, gas leaks, etc.
Now it's people responsibility in implementing and deligating it's duties and ensuring the best use .
