Mind set is the key concern prior to body set. Setting Body to clock very difficult. It's a fitness evaluation; Starting from morning nature call till night going to bed. It's the best way of living.

I read in Men's fitness magazine that it takes almost 1-2 years to alter the body clock. HGH is produced usually 3 hrs into deep sleep, doesn't matter day or night(depending on your body clock). But some days if you sleep at night and some days during day, chances are HGH will not be produced. This is the salient reason why people who work in shift duties face digestion problems. Yahoo search HGH and it should come up with bunch of interesting articles. koorchunte HGH release kaadu. Did you ever work out in a Gym? Did you ever feel dizzy lifting big weights? That's when body releases HGH. If body is incapable of releasing HGH at that time, that's when you pass out and wake up on a hospital bed :-))

I missed reading this on Friday. sleep around 10 hours a day....i awlays feel that i sleep more time than usual....i always try to reduce it .....but i cant.... One other way to stimulate this gland is by intense excercise(Lifting big weights, low reps). If you are up every night like this, chances are, you are going to age pretty fast. If you think I'm bs'ing, ask any fitness enthusiast. What do you say Meera?

Hi rajsekhar, this pithy maxim is for you. I have been observing you for quite some time, don't you ever sleep? Also the matter which was written in this "BODY CLOCK" is for normal, ordinary and diurnal humanbeings and not for aberrant nocturnal folks like you. Lastly, i give you two suggestions 1. Think you have got an aberration, that's what i get from your behavior, go check your local doctor or visit an apothecary and get proper medication..This is the case if you suffer from Insomnia. 2. If you feel there's something more zany than this go to any person skilled in voodoo,witchcraft etc..he'll set you right..You freak..maintain proper sleeping habits first.
