it is abt a pair of socks..which meets each other and feels tht in spite of two different identities they look alike and the pair is good lookin.
For we ppl, socks is always a pair which looks alike and we wear socks of the same pair and not one from two different pairs..
now i didn't get ur doubt exactly,sir.
i hope my answer sufficed the topic. but if u didn't get my intentions..i am ready to explain them

There is a laundry basket with dresses in it. Few on the floor. Among the others, two red little socks greet each other lovingly.
When you open it, the two socks spring up and the lines are
To
...... (Full Name)
'A Well Matched Pair'.
From
......(Full Name)
If a friend gives a greeting card with these lines to his friend on the eve of F'SHIP DAY, how should she interpret those lines?
P.S. She doesn't know English :)
