I think its wrong done by the governer that even if B.J.P has required seats and support from the m.l.a's then how the governer give chance to congress ,if the governer of A.P is elected by N.D.A's govt is there chance for the governer to invite chandrababu naidu's to form govt against the Y.S.R who got the more seats,then how it is possible.

Everyone in the assembly should get a chance to serve as PM in Goa.
If the majority is 19 months let the term should be equal or else declare evry one as CM.
Unexpected poloitical change for all parties.
