If it is production loss contractor will bear it.
If it is quality loss who will bear it ? The client and the public.
So the same with the gold. Quality loss will be beared by the buyer.
Check roads that are frequently damaged and repaired or repaved at public cost.
Ahmedabad airport comeup with an alternate solution for the frequent damages. You can check with the IA their experince with concrete Taxi ways.

This is the temp to be maintained and is a quality parameter.
Who will ensure this? QA & QC Engineer from contractor and concern authority from the client.
Are you sure that these temp are maintained?
1. The temp at the time of processing and loading into the tipper trucks.
2. The heat loss during transportation from production plant to construction site delivery.
3. Heat loss during Standby time
4. Temp of asphalt concrete just before tipping into the hopper of the paver machine. This should be 180 deg celcius.
Practically it is not possible. Ther e will be a production loss during finishing and compaction. This production loss is nothing but quality loss.

The gold content is fixed as per norm or standard .
Who gurantees the gold we are buying that confirms to the specifications?
Why so many people and machines to certify including "Hallmark "?
The impurities do vary according to the shade we like.

When we are paving a road it is necessary to check the temp of the asphalt. It should not be less than 180 deg celcius.
How do you confirm it ? It need to be measured.

Quality in the sense the % of pure gold in a 18 or 20 or 22 ct gold it supposed to be /contain.
We are not comparing 18/20/22.
" We are checking how much % of pure gold in a 18 ct ornamental gold" or vice versa % of impurity.

Tanishq (TATA)show rooms are equipped with the euipment to measure the weights aswell as purity of gold and precious stones including dimonds.
If the service charges are more the quality of gold is good. If the service charge is just in hundreads then you are loosing gold.
Quality is important whether it's 18, 20 or 22 ct
