1. What is the aim / objective of this VAT system?
2.Obejectives are measurable, if so how?
3. Will the Govt. able to recover more taxes from distributors and mfg units?
4.Govt.will be benifited by this system (Govt. means people)?
The tax paid by the mfg is consederably reduced and is shared by the concern distributors of the product.
Distributors will share / pay the tax or inturn they may raise prices further making into a total uncontrollable product in the market.
VAT system will be adding more & more risks for the consumer because of it's nature.
Dealers and distributors are always enjoying the fruits more than the manufacturers.
