General Forum: Offbeat n Jokes | Research on Job Satisfaction | |
| Hello kaamO jee. How are you? Wish you a very happy New Year. :)
My set of answers for your set of questions ;)
1) Do you wake up in the morning most of the days thinking ' Abba, vellaali ani leydu '?
No. (No upayogam so no alochana)
2) Is satisfaction the same as content?
No Comment. (cant help, ee madhya raajakeeya vaartalu ekkuva chaduvutunnaanu.)
3) While at work, do you pray that the boss leaves your alone for the day?
No. coz these days my manager is actually very scared of me. I do agree that I always explode with a complaint whenever I see him. alaa ani cheppi daakkunte elaa? aay.
4) If someone offered you $ 2,000 more for the same work will you quit the company to take up the new job? What about $ 5,000? As in what kind of a role money plays here?
Yes. Money makes many things.
5) If you were forced to work past 5 PM daily for no additional pay, would you still be content?
Yes. I go to work ..... late. say, 12.00 PM? That is what I do now :p
6) If your boss sets unreasonable expectations, would you still be satisfied inspite of not reaching goals?
Yes. I set the expectations for him/her too. After all, at some point of time, I could be a 'critical' resource, u see.
7) Do you feel like you need a pat on your back once in a while from your boss?
No. once in a while???????????? I expect that everytime and obviously, "in written". After all, they sort of work as "recommendations" for the next project and also at the time of appraisals. ;) So, I collect them as many as possible. :|
8) In a job that you are supremely satisfied with, one day if your boss tells you that you would be deducted, say $ 10,000, for spending too much time on tp.com, will you still be satisfied?
Spending too much time in TP.com and job satisfaction too. hmmmmmm. Great combination (bahusa pani asalu undani job ayyuntundi). mundu aa company peru cheppandi. answer tarvaata cheptaanu. :)
