A petition has been going on urging the US Postal Service to issue a stamp for Diwali. The US Postal Service stamp advisory committee requires 500,000 signatures on a petition in order to issue it. When I signed, over 104,004 signatures had been collected on the petition. Anyone around the world can sign the petition.
