Objective: This program is to help economically poor un-employed youth for their livelihood and to show the right direction to them
Sponsor: It is costing Rs.750 per head for providing tool kit and Rs. 750 for training. If you would like to sponsor a needy in any form, just please fill below details.
Refer:If you know any candidates who are looking for help, just give them a helping hand by referring them to this training program. Referrals should be made before 30 th April 05
Need:They are in a real need for guidance & direction. If we can show them direction, then they can live better and they can be guiding force to many more youth in need. Let us give them a helping hand. As we have discussed earlier, our self employment program for school drop outs will start soon. We have seen very good results in guiding youth by counselling them towards a right direction. More than 50 people were able to earn their livelihood using the skills learnt at Manavata training programs. Now we will be starting batch wise training to extend our services to more people.
Training / Employment Plan:
We have got commitment from our volunteers to give them employment in their companies, now our responsibility is to identify the right needy people.
There are three areas identified for training & employment:
Electrician / Technicians in Refrigeration/ Air-conditioning / Multimedia and DTP:
Eligibility: economically poor person aged between 15 and 25
must be interested to learn & work
must be committed / reliable and hardworking
Qualification:
8th standard / high school level or higherbr>Training & Employmentbr>2 Months full time training will be given and the students will be placed as assistants and helpers in relevant fields to earn their livelihood immediately after training. Rest of the Training / learning /perfection will be on job.
Training period: 5/5/05 to 5/7/05 (Electrician training for 20 people)
