| Laalu is the power center for his party and this UPA govt needs his (party) support. Its a known fact that, to be in power congress leaders will do anything. So whether Laalu resign or stay in the cabinet, it doesn`t make any difference.

I feel it is not neccessary for Hon'ble Rly. Minister Sri Lalu prasad to resign to avoid huge expenditure for midterm polls.

The CBI has filed yet another charge against Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in the Rs 950 cr Fodder Scam, alongwith Congress leader Jagannath Mishra and 41 others. The framing of charges referred to criminal conspiracy and misuse of official position. The scam had come to light in 1996. Now with the CBI filing charges, the Opposition has got another opportunity to beat Prime Minister Manmohan Singh-led UPA government, as Lalu is part of the government and secondly Mishra was a Congressman. Can this government prove us it has strength to be in power without Lalu or just succumb to power pressures? Discuss.
