In my openion the Bihar assembly was dissolved by Sonia Gandhi only because the Congress could not trade the Horses. The Congress is no stranger to this and its the congress which shows how best horses can be traded.

Doesnt surprise me. As Rediff reports, it was the Leftist group which put pressure on the UPA govt to dissolve the assmebly since a Nitesh Kumar Govt would beat the life out of the Leftists .. Poor souls dont have a better option :))
