Why one should love GOD.?
because of his character or because he punishes or because of faith in him or because of "moksham" or because he will give boons,or out of fear or to build up our character or all these mixture sentiments? or to live or anything else??

Not at all ! I just made an attempt to analyze the things. This is one such exercise normally I do. Coming to interpretation part you are 100 % true. They vary from person to person.
Manifestations are nothing but contents of a method statement . Means of way(method) approaching the target or set objective.

Sorry, I asked for your awraeness in this regard. The sentence quoted by you is not making a sense. The correction I made you for which you did not mention whether you agree or not. What I understand from the text:
1. Manifesto is written statement. It's an agreement by a group / communitythet intends to follow in the future in regard to their activities. In otherwords it's an action plan for a particular community.
2. The manifesto which was refered here is the set of social & regulations w.r.t religion and other socio activities.
Manifesto why it wsas mentioned because these rules were set(agreed) by the soceity but not by someone else (external force). This is to further clarify that the rules apart from Vedas & upanishats whose origin unknown.
The writer intention is that follow the manifesto in your day to day activities don't think that no body is watching. There is a one the almighty God watching every one.
