'coz they were shown in that way, how to use condom. and they just followed. thats why, they should have given with a live demo.

Seeing that the poulation going up in Bihar and UP, the Government officials deputed family planning officials to get first hand information for the boom. They found that most of them never knew or used a condom. So the government officials made road shows and also made village meetings to explain how the condom works, putting it on their finger.
After 2 years they again inspected the said places and found to their surprise the populations doubled. They then asked one of the persons how this had happened? LATER IT WAS KNOWN, THAT THEY JUST WORE THE CONDOM TO THE FINGER AND CONTINUED TO DO BUSINESS ASUSUAL.
