Guarantee is not there for anything, so for this. Even now there are some leaders who have been elected by rigging, v hv accepted that. Referendum should be done under the supervision of the court, this to ensure transperancy. We have manpower, resources, money, only sincerity from government is needed. Did we know election commission was so powerful, till mr.seshan took over.?

What is the guarantee that there will not be rigging and blood pool if it has to take place? I mean referendum.

Not only the construction of the temple/masjid, but also the place where it needs to be built, say the ruling says build 10 kms from tha main site, then wht happens? Will it be agreed to.This issue will really take time. It won't be an easy one. Only referendum is best under the cirumstances

Does the Govt have guts to go for a referendum on this issue and settle it once for all? If the Majority wants the temple, let the construction begin, it if wants Masjid let the Masjid be rebuilt and otehrwise maintain status quo!
