anyways, if u haven't got the way how to do it...
Create: Project | WebSite
Open: Project | WebSite
are on the start page..
click on Create : WebSite.. it'll open ASP.NET window.. where you can give the location of the application you want to create..

when i create a web application/webservice in whidbey(VS2005), iam getting page cant b disp' error.
when i click on ASP.NET Configuration image button(located in the solution exploerer cat'), For my surprise,Itz opening with diff' port no.s on the server n rectifying the prob' . Did ny body R&D on dis? guess watzz the logic behind all this? !^--^!
N where can i go n start a web application? ( in VS2003, new project-> c# ->webapplication1 is the way).
I really gt cnfsd with the new interface... :((
