So Mrs Sneha if the High Court is there to intervene and solve all the problems they why do we need a CM .. as u said nothing would stop even CM is not there??? then lets stop electing peoples representatives and start electing the high court Judges with an amendment to the constitution Posted by: Mr. srinivas At: 11, Jul 2005 2:05:18 PM IST ... Correct Srinivas garu.. If the Executive is active there is no need for Judicial Activism. But if the Executive is inert to take decisions, they Judiciary need to intervene. But regarding YSR's trip, the people and the opposition will take care of it.

Why now only people got remebering the problems in AP? Are they new or only come to high light after Cong -I took charge? If so, there won't be any celebration in AP!

I dont think any beauracrat or any minister should go to foreign tour to know or to study the so called MBA programmes(vidhaanaalu) These MBA programmes are phrased on that particular situations of that country.Spending govt money extrvagantly at this crisis is not appreciated.

People gave chance to prove their ability! They could not! What else an opposition party can do? Other than criticizing! Even this can't help them to egain power.

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) faulted Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy celebrating is birthday at Bethlehem in Israel even as the State was plunged in political crisis and was bogged down with several problems. State was hit by a string of dharnas by students, trade unions, employees and others. APSRTC employees strike came to an end not because of the government efforts but by the intervention of High Court. Junior Doctors were agitating since last week against state apathy towards their problems and demands. TRS ministers submitted resignations on the day when CM started for the tour. In this backdrop, TDP criticizes CM for pursuing personal obligations on official tours. Discuss.
