The only slogan seems to be that of the underdeveloped-status of Telangaana..
1. underdeveloped(venakapaDDa praantam) :

yes, nodoubt - telagaana is not much developed.. but - one should keep in mind that - the other regions in AndhraPradesh like - raayalaseema, uttaraandhra and even some parts of Krishna,Prakasam and Guntur zillas are underdeveloped!!!
yes.. if u talk about development - the whole nation needs development!! For this development - we have to sensibly think about dividing the land into partitions ! as a first step - it ofcourse, makes sense to consider the language while making these partitions.. and that is why we have our AndhraPradesh today!! now it is a mere 'administrative-ease' that should drive the further division of land in to several admin. zones. We did that too.. and are now with 23 zillas !! Now it is the proper utilization of the resources that will make 'development' - a reality! It is a bitter truth that the 'proper' usage has not been carried out by the Governments..
For me - the solution for the problem of 'underdeveloped-status' does not seem to be - a further more division! - But - one should seriously give a thought about the proper management of resources.
Manangement of Resources:

It is now the time to think about managing our natural resources.. let be the water sources of our Krishna and Godavari or the forests of Srikakulam and Srisailam or the deltas of Godavari and Penna or the natural gas resources from several basins or the non-traditional sources solar energy or the modern sources like knowledge base.
yes.. all these resources and many more are to be managed properly.. and government plays a key role in managing all these resources.
It is now the time to utilize the technology that makes ease in this resource management.. yes! today we have the powerful tools of Information technology and the Communications technology! The government should make a proper usage of these technologies for the betterment of the people.
I see a slight trend in the current rule towards this realization !
As people of our beloved land.. we all should now focus on the constructive work that can build up our state and there by the nation.
In any case - division of AndhraPradesh is - artham lEni aalOchana'
It is now time to toil..
let us realize that it is the 'work-culture' that can result in development but nothing else.
I am quiet positive that this culture is now spreading accross and it is not a too distant day that our nation is a power again!
