The question of 8Rs.a km is not to delhi, if he travels on his own elsewhere by car. Why will anyone go paying Rs.48000/by train. He will opt to fly, which is much cheaper. I never gave AC II tier fare at all. I only said he is only eligible to travel by ACII tier. Thanks for the update on beta amount, it got further increased.Regarding electricity unit cap, 50000 units,? it is government fixed, tht is higher limit. U yourself agree whether they are running a factory? It means u also agree that is quite high. Conclusion: I have asked our journalist friends to give an exact picture on this. Still waiting for them to respond with exact salary, perks, other allowances and allotment grant of each MP to develop his constituency.

All IAS, IPS, and other Officers are all subodinates to the Council of Ministers and the Chief Minister.A Chief Minister can Order an officer of the State Government even if he is the Chief Secretary. ... Yes. Snehaji... Constitutionally politicians are policy makers. But the rogue like leaders openly scold the IAS and IPS officers before the public several times. The result is loss of face of these officers, but politicians may win or may go...but these officers will be on duty.

Sneha garu, thanks for painstaking reply. Let some MP's dont give picture that they are taking only 1 rupee as their salary. Becoz it is a vague statement. Perks are separate. Likewise, I challenge them to tell to the public that they get some of salary and perks, i am sure many wouldn't know. The public reaction guaged. Infact, many in this site itself would have not known these figures. The core element of a politician is to serve the public not make money. Comparision to executives of MNC, Tata's, Birla's is not fair. They will have to work like donkeys. U cannot boycott parliament session, when they just meet and waste money and time. Which other employment source can get that amount of salary , anywhere else can a illiterate imagine to get this kind of salary?. Only the qualification of MP can? I do agree as a representative he has to be given all the perks, but cap has to be fixed to reasonable levels.
