New Delhi is not only the Capital of India, but also the Rape Capital of India. One can easily rape and escape from the lanes....But few cases are reported.

One more reason for this is the FEMALE INFANTICIDE .. killing the female foetus prior to birth - as the male female ratio widens to alrming proportions, with the number of females drastically falling, I am afraid these molestation cases would only raise ... (Unless the Govt steps in and prevents infanticide)

It is the fault of those women who insult and isolate a molestation victim even though she is a fellow Woman ... ( and this is the reason why most of the incidents of molestation are not reported)
It is the fault of those men who dont respect omen ..
It is the fault of those organizations of women ( and men) who just talk a lot (just to see themselves getting some attention) but nothing to help the victims ...
It is the fault of the society (both men and women) that ill-treats the molestation victims and never accommodates them
It is the fault of the Media elements which only publish/show sensational stuff, that makes a potential criminal feel that s/he can do anything and get away.
Finally, it is the fault of ALL OF US (INCLUDING YOU AND ME) who post lot of stuff here and forget everything the moment we get out of this site!!!!!!

When one of my colleagues was brutally molested in the broad day light at Hyderabad Central University in 1995 ( Sadly, it was on August 15), the entire university stood behind her and justice (Alas! It was just punishment for the criminals .. no help for the victim) was kind of rendered. How many molestation cases get such kind of support from the society?

What I was trying to say ( I repeat) was that blaming the males for some incident at Delhi is like blaming the females for some incident at Mehendi ...
