If not the NGOs & teachers, any other Non Governamental Organisations may also turn to be like the NGOs & teachers.Then how? The best thing I would suggest is to first educate and train the people/voters.

I think we can no longer believe the present NGOs & teachers, as what they can contribute is only towards chaos.
Let some other NGOs (Non-governmental Organisations) take up this job.
It is time somebody raised this issue seriously right now, instead of waiting till next elections.

Manual procedures should not punish them ! Also it identifies the protection / facilities in villages and remote areas.

It is worth giving a try.
If any member of TP happens to be a lawyer, he can show the gesture of giving a free service (other than incidental expenses).

Can somebody file a public interest petetion against that "Teacher Leader" for doing rigging and polling fake votes?
From TP, can we form a group of lawyers as a forum and take up such petetions? And the other TP members can contribute to those lawyers forum for their expenses etc.

One straight man cannot handle the entire corrupted administration/system. Say whether it is tenders, licences,elections etc.
