| Can u please elaborate in detail in regard to the subject thread, for easy understanding of other's to delibrate upon?

At last IT brought a good change while registering the names in Govt. In fact it was a head ache when the system of registering is different from North to South India.
Now AP govt also registering the names inthe same order that is being followed in North India.
Hope people will appreciate this change.
EX: RK Mathur, AK Jain, BS Agarwal
