All they need is telugu speaking people who can guide during transfer at frankfurt. It is better to find before the travel date so that they feel confident.

I am sure, some indians can be met in airport itself, and who continue to travel to same destination as well, even in connecting airports.

No need of any one travelling in the same flight. If they know little English, then they can manage. Or, if they can see around for sign boards, and read them (just Terminal Name & Gate Numbers, like A51 - A57 -> ), that is enough. Frankfurt airport guys can easily guide them. It is not at all a big deal.
