No problem Madhu gaaru. let us wait and see and enjoy few more instances..... why to go for Capital punishment now only. Other wise, these stupid persons , who are asking/arguing against capital punishment, won't realize. Forget about future or past, why to think this much. Consider him individual. Doesn't his act deserve for death sentence? then why still this stupid waiting.

Amma Renuka Garu, Not getting Bail is boon to him. If he tries, and came out on bail, he will be brutally killed by the mob. So Jail is the safest place for such brutal criminals.

In jails he will meet more and more criminals and could develop more and more criminal attitude. Morever, the judgement gives a sterm warning to the people like him.

Some countries impose capital punishment for drug trafficking; But it never stopped on the otherhand it increased. More the risk more the payment. Unfortunately punishment side there is nothing more than a capital punishment. USA capital punishments are more compared to other countries. Humanity, is still alive as the discussion are lively before such punishments are executed. Many deaths are reported daily in the name of accidents, murders, tragedy's, catastrophy's etc..., exclusively in Devloping countries or Third World. Soceity believes it's one of the best tool for the sake of social reform! Colleges / schools Educational Institutions shall give a thought to eduacte students to control such developments.

A decision on Capital punishment - is it a matter of emotions? or matter of social reform?

I think the capital punishment is totally justified. and it seems he is very happy about the judgement. Because he is not at all guilty of the heinous crime he committed.
