| I come to know in the year 1974 there was a proposal to build a barrage at polavaram. Iam not sure whether this proposal either from our people or by late Mr. Cotton.
Dr. Y. S. Raja Sekhar Reddy ( May God Bless His Family) has taken a grand step to complete this pending job.
If Polavaram project is awaiting APPCB clearence why not the telugu people join hands to complete this project in record time.
I mean telugu people all around the world.
