General Forum: Society | | BC TIMES Magazine on BCs and their role in Society | |
| This magazine is there in Andhra Pradesh from years focusing on BCs and publishing in Telugu only. Recently they conducted a meeting to make it available on net and publish it as a national magazine.
My question here is, is our society really needs such a magazine focusing only specific sections of people?
