this is one side story ,what's the other side? please enlight any one from that place (like local news paper links etc)
apart from emotions and sentiments this going to be a severe problem.
but as an indian i wish she come out
scot-free.

Help an Indian woman in the US get justice!
Hi friends, this will hopefully only take a few minutes of your time. Please support and save this Indian family
Madhavi, Vinay and their 14 month old son who live near Philadelphia. Vinay, who has an H1-B works as a research technician at a Children’s Hospital while Madhavi is a stay-home mom living a humble and quiet life. Their lives have been shattered last week after Madhavi was falsely charged with causing injuries to a Chinese neighbor’s
baby while she was baby-sitting the child. Madhavi had previously asked the Chinese lady about signs of injury on the baby which were dismissed as “a scratch” and a recent injury to the head as the baby rolling off the bed. There has been no investigation into whether the injuries may have been caused by the baby’s parents, or elsewhere.
Madhavi is being falsely accused- Vinay and Madhavi’s quiet and simple lives have all of a sudden been destroyed- they feel devastated and desperate without any support. They cannot afford a top-notch lawyer to save them either. We request you to support them in getting justice. Please note, we are not asking you to decide who is innocent, but only to show your support to allow her a fair trial so that justice can be served. Also, any guidance about reference to a good lawyer or any other information is greatly appreciated.

Vinay & Madhavi are not in a position to call every one and make a personal appeal. They are completely devastated. Your generous contribution is the only hope for them to get back to normal life.

I specially request the women folks, the friends of Madhavi to take the lead on this fund raiser to support them. Please spread the word and collect the contributions locally. We are planning to organize a meeting of friends on Sunday afternoon, to discuss and plan for contributions. I will send details later. Madhavi & Vinay have preliminary hearing scheduled on Nov 4th Friday.
The Defence attorney is one of the best criminal attorney in Philly. We hope everything will go well and they will be proved not guilty. It will be good if many of us attend the hearing on Friday and support Vinay's family morally. n order to meet the legal expenses, we should meet and discuss the various options to raise the funds. Our Telugu Association is very supportive and would like to help us for any fundraiser event.
A meeting is planned to discuss the following issues:
1. Attending Friday preliminary hearing on Nov 4th Friday, in large numbers
2. Our own individual contributions to support Vinay's family to get through this legal battle.
3. Discuss various other options to raise the funds.
