My best suggestion would be learn manual testing methodologies and Testdirector...thatz enough for testing.
That too need not go for institutes just learn how to do manual testing from your experienced frnds.

i am planning to learn win runner and test director, which is the best method.
my friends says go with the institute material where can i get them.
