There were 53 engg colleges in karnataka in 89, when we had 23 in AP. Now, look at the ratio.

Four colleges registered ZERO admissions and about nine colleges registered less than ten.
Corporate colleges are at big threat where as Govt colleges are safe.

Nearly 30,000 seats yet to be filledup during the year. What could be the fate of engineering colleges in AP by 2010 ? This is the same situation in Karnataka?
