You can call say a roll or by any other known item.
1. Chapathi - containing white flour 20-40%
2. French Fries - above 3" long
3. Brinjal Fries - Hybrid prefered
4. Cauli flower fries - Bhujia better
5. Philaphal - alternate vada / bhujia
6. salad - mix of lettuce, tomato, kheera
7. Red chilli sauce - optional
8. Salt - just sprinkle over the stuff for a taste
