But safety is under risk, though this is the first incident. To some extent, employing lady drivers will reduce the risk, though inverse is possible, but the probability is too less, for some obivious reasons.

Call cetnters do come under factories act? If so, what are the working timings for the women as per the act?
No women is allowed to work in an office beyond 0800 pm. Is this rule applicable to call centers?
