| Hyderabad Decisions:
1. Monthly donations be given by the 10th of every month
2. We will spend the money proportionately. Say 10 to 25% for giving required articles or necessities to the genuine NGOs whom our members knew very well. These NGOs (NGOs in the broader sense) can be of any city, any place need not be of Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vijayawada etc.,
3. We also decided to visit orphanages or old age homes or homes for mentally retarded children regularly, once in a month.
Coming to MAD Anniversary,
a) Blood Donation
b) Giving Mementos to the doctors who supported us
Murali Mohan T. will coordinate here in Hyderabad. All of you mail your willingness whether you wish to donate blood or not. You can also bring in your friends if they are interested. But let us know before hand that how many of us are willing and definitely come that day. We should get your responses by Feb 15th.
Care doctors helped us a lot in our first assignment, the case of Asma. That was really a morale boost for us. So we decided to give a small memento to them by visiting them.
If we are sure of atleast 25 to 30 people to attend, we can arrange a small meeting and invite them. But it seems it takes atleast 2 more years to see that number of people to attend the meetings. So we decided to give the mementos in person.
Last but not the least, Sravan garu gave the cheque for Rs. 10,000/- on behalf of We Will Help You group.

As part of our decision to conduct monthly meetings of MAD on every first sunday of the month evening at 7 pm, we are going to meet today.
The venue will be 314, B-Block, Ameer Estate, Beside ICICI Bank, SR Nagar, Hyderabad-38.
Today MAD members of Bangalore are also going to meet.
I take this opportunity to request our TP members who are interested to join MAD and attend our meetings. Take part in our activities.
Thank you all once again for the tremendous support. Without your encouragement we can't come so far.

Yesterday we had the first ever meeting of MAD and we decided on monthly donations from the interested members and also the donations based on the project.
Also we decided to campaign for the Thelessemia disease this year. We will come up with the details in the coming days.
We decided to conduct monthly meetings of MAD on every first sunday of the month evening at 7 pm.
The venue will be 314, B-Block, Ameer Estate, Beside ICICI Bank, SR Nagar, Hyderabad-38.
Most of the MAD members are in Bangalore and the active among them are our TP members only. I requested them to organize the meeting on the same day at Bangalore too.
The meeting mostly discusses on the past month's activities and also the plan of action for the current month. Slowly we can chalk out an agenda before hand.
Ms. Sowmya will post the meeting minutes.
