These guys did not pay me for 1 month. I joined as a consultant and reported to work at another location(Clients place). I moved to that place on my own expense as they promised to re-imburse(flight tickets +lodging). Our agreement was to provide health benefits and hourly rate. Nothing was paid and I had to leave this guy.
Later I requested to pay my dues many times but they always say we will discuss. What is there to discuss? I am going to file a case in small claims court now.
They had 3 layers in between and I did not know that until I joined the client.
The Manager of this firm does not have a last name. He just goes by "Chandra" which is displayed on his official email-id.
Be careful with these guys and do not even talk to them if they call you.

My friend is having a problem with his H1 employer – “Data Pioneers Inc” based in New York. Data Pioneers is a small, 1 man consulting company with 10 consultants.
