Sorry she is baby sitter cum maid ! People want multi skill to pay less. Maid and servent are two different trades infact. Somewill adjust and requaest to carryout both the things. I have nothing to do with either of the parties. Just analyzing the situation.

but still once they agreed to take care of children,their duty should be done. Not by beating the kid n scaring him.
This similar clipping released in 2003 from US even. Then it was like baby was crying a lot at home in the evenings, n weekends she was cheerful, so they had kept the vedio cam in the bag n left it at child mendors place, they were shocked to see the lady was throwing vessels n glasses on the baby with irritation when she was crying.
When we come across certain instances, we will be scared to work, by leaving the children at such places.

It's clash between Child's behavior and the maid ! They are paid very less ! Imagine incase of Indians how much do they pay. The child's behavior even may not be different with the parents.
Certain children born abroad behave in a different manner ! Especially the family doesn't afford parents or frequent trips to India.
Flat culture !
In Bombay people hug in places whereas these things cannot be seen villages.

after seeing that i din feel like having food.no one will feel safe to send kids to baby care centers. how can these situations be corrected.
