I have purchased a plot from VVS Homes In Gachi Bowli couple of years back by reading an ad in Telugupeople.com http://www.telugupeople.com/classifieds/item.asp?id=8741&country=159&location=0. I recently came to know that These guys are cheaters. VVS Homes does not exist any more the numbers listed in the ads are not reachable anymore. For any one purchased land from these people I strongly advice you to check your properties. If you see any thing wrong with these plots please let me know we can form as a group try to get our money back, you can reach me on my cell phone @ 651-731-6839 (USA).

hmm. I am sorry to listen to this news. We are being cheated even if we go and check whether particular person is a owner or not. Even the person is owner, they are cheating like selling the same flat to nearly 10 people.
IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO SEE ALL THE ORIGINAL PAPERS, VERIFY IT WITH LAWYERS AND THEN ONLY PROCEED.
I paid a token advance of Rs. 50k for a flat after verifying that particular person is the owner. But later on we came to know that he is fraud and he has some loan on the house and also he sells the same house to different people. I backed out and he is making us rounds to give back the money. He gave Rs. 10k only. But he never says he doesn't give:)
