| It is raining cats and dogs today in UAE, particularly in Dubai. It is strange sight and pleasant as well. It has never rained like this for last 15 years. It is so dark that, people are moving with their vehicles lights on and very slowly. Everybody is enjoying for sure. Then, there is lot of water logging and slow traffic all over. It happens to be weekend here.
