Posted by: Dora Babu At: 3, Feb 2010 7:07:21 PM IST Tamilians, Bengalis,Maharastrians, Kannadigas are always united. They fight for their state, Language. Where is such unity in Telugu people?
Telugu peopole fight among themselves and pull each other down. So other people can easily exploit this Telugu people behaviour. And that is what exactly happening.
Why we do not fight for equal share inour country in Ministries, Awards, industries, educational institutions, investments, Central posting, committees, commissions etc. We keep quite while others are enjoying at our behest and damaging us.
Why PV Narasimha Rao did not get recognition as Kamaraj, Abdul kalam. Why Bharat Ratna is not awarded to MVnarasimha Rao. He was real saviour of the country in most difficult times. He is a geniuous. But we keep quit if he is not getting due recognition.
Why NTR did not get Bharat Ratna when it is given to MGR. NTR has rendered better services to the country than MGR. But we do not fight for this unjustice.
Why Telugu does not get Classical language recognition when it is given to Tamil. We dod not bother about that.
Why we do fight for getting industries to Andhra Pradesh while all are going to Tamilnadu.
There is a saying: Suppose three people are called for interview for job and Tamilian and Bengali and Telugu candidates are in the list. Tamilian wants Telugu person as Committee Chairman because Telugu person does not select another telugu person fearing partiality even if the Telugu person is a best choice but he prefers a Tamilian or Bengali. Similarly Bengali candidate like Bengali as Chairman because Bengali prefres another Bengali irrespective of his eligibility. So Tamils get their job done indirectly and Bengalis get their job done directly. But Telugu people are loosers always.
We do not realize this. If we realize this we do not pull each other down We support each other to go up.

Posted by: Dora Babu At: 27, Dec 2009 9:14:06 PM IST Naga Naresh Karuturi has just passed out of IIT Madras in Computer Science and has joined Google in Bangalore.
You may ask, what's so special about this 21-year-old when there are hundreds of students passing out from various IITs and joining big companies like Google?
Naresh is special. His parents are illiterate. He has no legs and moves around in his powered wheel chair. (In fact, when I could not locate his lab, he told me over the mobile phone, 'I will come and pick you up'. And in no time, he was there to guide me)
Ever smiling, optimistic and full of spirit; that is Naresh. He says, "God has always been planning things for me. That is why I feel I am lucky."
Read why Naresh feels he is lucky.
