Hi Maruthi,
I totally agree with Ms. Hema, Mr. Kiran and the Miss Girl. It is always better to think in a positive way. If you take my example, I'm a software professional too, I never felt like a prisoner and on top of it I never come across such working environment, my managers are friendly, working environment is excellent, friendly co-workers I'm really enjoying my job. No doubt, there may be some hiccups, but take it easy and proceed. Cheer-up Maruthi and start thinking in a positive way.

Hey, I do not know whether this one is ur experience or not. I do not know whether u got this from others?. But, whatever it be, seems u understood or realized only the negative side of "At work". Think in positive way, there are also places where "work is worship". If not, how can we be utilizing all human frendly innovations, right?.
