Any Organization capable of delivering a software project is deemed to be at Level 1.
CMMI ( By the way CMM doesnt exist anymore .. everything is now related to CMMI) accreditations are not dependent on the head count

Hi all,
This is kumar working as test engr.
i have a small doubt reg CMM Levels ,particularly on Level 1.My doubt is as there are no KPAs in Level1,what is the criteria for acheiving level1 for an org?
or else as there are no KPAs to fulfill,can we consider that all the small s/w companies wil comes under Level1?one more thing , is there any criteria reg head count of an org to acheive any Level?
