If a boy speaks to a girl, Our society stares at both. I don't think there is any gender discrimination in staring.
I mean to say a guy has the same kind of experience a girl have in this particular scenario.

One Can' t distinguish between a good and bad person unless we have some relation with them.
Because most of the male (not barring female) attitudes are not really good.
Women would never be able to perform as well as men if they are treated this way.
There are some areas where really women are dominated by male but it is not the main factor which is thwarting women performance.
A Straight forward question to those who are asking for a change:
Is Every female, who is performing well and have a position in the society, out of traditional and cultural bounds?
If one thinks it is different in cities compared to villages and towns I don't agree.
I have several examples where girls (from different geographic locations of Andhra) are traditional ,cultural and SUCCESSFUL.
I think the perception towards Our society should change.
Posted by: Mr. Indian proud At: 19, Feb 2005 0:03:08 AM IST Lot of social awareness is required. This is possible when social inequalities fadeaway from the society. This is one of the reason why people are afraid to meet together.

Bue there are some things which work opposite way they are intended.
For example why do people frown and make a big deal when a boy talks with a girl?
Why do parents rather send a girl alone outside instead of along with a good guy?
Women would never be able to perform as well as men if they are treated this way.
I still think it is the way in most of the towns in AP.
I would appreciate your ideas. Its been an year I had been to India but I dont think anything would have changed.
