It may be impossible to completely stop terrorism unless all terrorists change their mind and attitude. But government can minimise terrorism activities by adding strict security in all public places and by improving intelligence system and by ignoring political pressures. If someone found guilty in terrorist activities, court should punish them with death penalty immediately and there should be separate courts for terrorism cases.

Yes it can be stopped by:
1. Loving each other
2. Abundant funds
3. Abundant technology
can combat terrorism not like CBN statement, Govt. failure, blalalalaallalalalalalalal .....
A senior politician talking that way do not make sense. He can very well suggest how to deal them. It's international problem. We don't until we are the victims and attacked by the masterminds.
CBN failed to understand so far the attacks in INDIA the master mind behind these activities are not caught.
Example: MUMBAI 1993 blasts.
