| Frankly speaking, no one can help being away from London. The person who has been robbed and assaulted surely would have travelled to the UK with some sort of Insurance which would give her the necessary help. 1,500 $ is a lot of money. And if this is the amount required, was she carrying such hugh amount in the roads of London? Not a good thing to do. The only people who can help her out is her acquaintences in London or the Police. Sorry for being so straighforward.
