Posted by: Mr. ravi kanth reddy singavaram At: 10, Jun 2002 4:20:26 PM IST ok,any thats not the real topic here and it wont relate to keeping US-UK force vigil pn our border. It wont solve the kasmir problem. Its a open secret that militants r inflitating into kasmir with the help of pakistan army and all the international scret agencies know this.SO india shud solve this problem by using force(War).

i am agree with (Posted by: sreenivasareddy m At: 8, Jun 2002 11:03:46 AM IST)
& i hope every Indian is thinking the same.
Posted by: Mr. Jalandar Ande At: 8, Jun 2002 4:19:21 PM IST No, we are never going to accept foreign forces on our border. Allowing the foreing forces on the border doesn't only mean the loss of self-respect or show of our incompetence etc etc but also a threat for our soverinity. Once they are close to our nation particularly if the foreign country is powerful, it doesn't satisfy itself with where it was. It tries to dominate the nation's internal affairs also. It does try to dominate the whole region. You can see the state of various nations where the US forces are kept. Dont forget that the US is the biggest terrorist state but its lucky that it is powerful and no one can question it.
Anyway, our govt is not going to agree to this proposal. ( IF you look back 3 months back there had been meetings between the Asian powers Russia,Chiana & India about the new growing influence of US in this region)
So, neither do we want nor are we let it go.

As india is firm in its stand to allow in any third party mediation we cant allow some othet country forces monitor and tell some thing which is not aceptable.
So i dont personally think it is going to happen in future until some pichi tuglak comes to rule india.
And swapna as u told to allow US r UK forces to give peblicite means we r going to loose our selfrespect and loosing our outstanding concrete decision regarding in kasmir. As long as we r doing wise and good there is not need for any other third country to interven
what u say guys and gals

another point to be noted is the fact that whatever proposal that the international communities would come up with,Pak is always ready accept.Like in the past, they once again agreed to the proposal to keep the forces of US-UK at the border.Where as India has rejected for that proposal. Not only this,India has rejected many proposals of foreign nations when they showed their keenness to act as mediators. It is clear from this that all that India wants is to make the international community put pressure on Pak to reduce the cross border terrorism.Whereas Pak,by agreeing to any offer of mediation by any country and at the same time encouraging the CBT,is clearly showing its double standards.

The US and UK have already announced that they are ready to put their combined forces near the LoC.But how far is it acceptable to us,the Indians?
Are we so incompetent and impotent to check those enemies/or the so called infiltrating terrorists that we need someone to protect our own country?
I feel that both US and UK are trying to dominate more and more regions in the most sensitive parts of South Asia. They are already showing their desire to rule in the Afghan region since the so called war against terror.Ofcourse they are some of the top nations in the world but does it mean to intervene in every other nation's security issues and personal interests?
