I was also from AU long long ago!
I also stayed in 1st Block(Room with Cracks as I was a fresher and joined late)
4th Block for most of the balance years
One year we were in 6th block( very big)

I have done M.Sc Materials Science in AU.
I really enjoyed alot.Those years always stay on top of my memories.Now iam doing
Master of engineering at regional engineering college,Trichy.I am belongs to
1999-2001.I stayed in SrikrishnaDevaraya
