Yes it's true. I came to hyderabad in 1994 for livelihood. I hereby mentioned the following rates for House Plots. in 1994 Chandanagar: Rs.450/- per sq. yd. Kukatpalli: Rs.1200/- per sq.yd. Madhapur: Rs.2500/- per sq.yd. Alwal : Rs.1750/- per sq. yed. In 2009 You well known about the present rate per sq. yd. the government rate itself Rs.85,000/- per square yard in kukatpalli area. Who is behind this sort of hike of properties value ????? This rate hike is not because of KCR. To develop this metropolitan city how much struggle behind by the Andhrites. The central Government shall declare a special package to develop Telangana under the Telangana Development Committee headed by KCR and Family members. Within certain period i.e. around 05 years the development to be evaluated and to be decided the sepharate state is required or not. All telangan brothers and sisters kindly think once. We don't want to become Telangan is one more Chattisgarh and Jharkand. All the Pharma Industries, Corporate Colleges, Reputed Hospitals, Many More Industries built by Andhraites. All these institutions and establishments were providing more employment irrespective of Area / Religion / Caste etc., Why KCR underwent eye operation with Delhi Doctors. Is there No Eye Specialist is available in so called Telangana. We do agree our past generations committed more mistakes interms of Telangana. Why you people are punished present and future generations. In the present scenario we are unable to expect Government Jobs. At least we may get private jobs based on our qualifications. By removing someones livelihood, how far its' justice. Every Graduate is wish to work at Hyderabad. Where they will go suddenly. Hereafter I request to all Andhrites, to help and provide employment opportunities to atleast two no.s of Telangana persons. Recently I surprised about Mr.Jaipal Reddy Union Ministers comments about Telangana. Earlier also he was more inovolved in central government. Since 2004 onwards he was minister. Why Nandigama to Hyderabad National Highway was not developed. I am not a follower of any political party. But one thing is true to-day we are facing the lack of YSR. Raju eppudu Mondi gane undali. There is a fantastic MUV sort of car here recently launched... Mahindra Xylo. Costs about 8.5 lakhs(top variant). It comes with 7 seater or 8 seater. ABS & airbags missing. If you don't travel long distances in your car but still go around 150 miles, then there is very powerful Mahindra Scorpio. Costs about 11 lakhs(top variant). 5 people can sit in comfortably, and it's got rear seats as well. ABS & airbags present. If money is not a constraint, there is plenty of choice... high-end cars. India is a market for every thing... cars from 1 lakh to 90 lakhs are available here :)

My name is sudesh menon and I am residing in the UAE and after 12 years I am moving back to India and as for as settling there is concerned I have made every necessary arrangements for the things i need to settle back there, my only problem is choosing a right car for myself and that is why I am asking this suggestions to anyone who can help me out. i am in need of a car which can take in my family of 5 inclusive of myself and also should be an SUV and also should be of superior quality and an automatic transmission would be welcomed. Please do suggest one for me, it would be really grateful.

Frenz, I came to know 4rm my Brother who iz livin in US(CA) dat there r TONz 'n' TONz of Cultural Programs(whether they may be Telugu, Hindi (or) Tamil etc...etc...) will be going on in US 4 all the Festivals of our Indian Heritage it seems...Cultural programs ante BHARATHA NAATYAM programs, KUCHIPUDI programs, inka cheppaalante HARI KATHALU, KAVI SAMMELANAALU etc...etc...annamaata... So I guess itz a verry verry gr8 'n' gud thng kada Coz we cant C those type of Cultural programs here in India now-a-days...Even in our verry own HYDERABAD... The only MINUS POINT here iz dat we need to spend sum money(May be few Dollars) 4 going to dat Programs... All the claims by people who what to be back in India , is totally a trash. Lot of promises and owes but no one want to do it in reality. All the people around are materialistic and want to earn more and more. How many NRI's return and how many of them really " do nt forget their roots" and do something good for the motherland. After coming back too, they want to mint money by opening up " hyped" software cos. U can coun the no. of people who really love their motherland with a true heart.
