Podina powder Ingredients: POdina 10 bunches Coriander: 1bunch Redchillis: 12 Tamarind: lemon size ball Cumin: 1tbs Oil: 5tbs salt: according to your taste Fry redchillis,cumin in 1tbs oil.wash podina and coriander well.drain all the water.put remaining oil in the pan and fry podina and coriander till you get nice aroma.Let it coll. meanwhile grind tamarind and salt in the grinder then add redchillis, cumin grind to a fine power.to this mixture add podina coriander pulse it few times. BRED PAKODA INGREDIENTS: Bred slices:8 no s Pudena leaves:I bunch Green chilli:1 Tamarind or lemon juice Rosted peanuts with out skin:1tbspoon Gram flour Red chilli powder,soda Bicarb Oil for deep fry salt METHOD: Pudena chutney: Grid together Pudheena leaves,peanuts,green chilli,lemon juice,salt Pakoda: 1.Mix gramflour with water,salt,red chilli powderand soda to make it a fine batter. 2.Take the bred slices,fill one slice with pudina chutney and cover with the other and cut diagonally into two peices. 3.Dip this properly in the gram flour batter and deep fry in oil till it is done. Ordinary bujji kane veraity ga vuntaye and taste kooda chala baguntundhi,try chesi choodandi.

peanut tomato chutny roasted peanuts-1/4 kg ripe tomatoes1/4 kg corriander leaves-1bunch salt- to taste chilli powder-1 1/2 spoon oil-2 spoons powder the roasted peanuts with i/4 spoon of sugar. then take a tawa put 2 spoons oil and season(avalu,jeelakarra minapapappu vesi talimpu pettali). then add tomato halves to it and fry well add salt and chilli powder and cook. DONT add water .completely cook in oil. let it cool. now add roasted peanut powder and corriander leaves and then grind again this chutney tastes good with idly,rawa idly,dosa, rawa dosa etc
