R.V. Ramana Murthy's musical blockbuster 'Abhinandana' is a family drama that showcases the sacrifices of a young girl to take care of her family needs. Rani (Shobhana) the central character of the movie aspires to be a dancer. However, her dreams come to a standstill when her pregnant sister Kamala (Rajya Lakshmi) meets with an unfortunate accident.
