Yemeni Fashions: Yemeni girls wear traditional evening dresses with varied veils attached to silver jewels and necklaces during the first fashion show in the Yemeni capital Sana a, 31 July 2007. For the first time, a fashion show is publicly held in one of the most conservative Arab countries shaped by tribal conventions and customs. Traditional dresses of women in Yemen are characterized by wearing a sort of silver jewelry that must be fit in with the clothes.
