The Andhra Pradesh government will soon publish a white paper on human resources development (HRD). AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu held a review with officials and others on the happenings in the HRD in the last 20 years.
The Chief Minister compared the HRD between 1994-2004 and between 2004-14. Without proper governance in the last 10 years, HRD has derailed to the maximum extent, he said. Without proper HRD management, key sectors like education, SC,ST and BC and minorities welfare departments have failed to address the issues of the people, Naidu felt. he elicited suggestions on how to put HRD back on track for better administration in five years.
